The service experience was excellent in many respects, first and foremost,
1. The assistance we got to secure medical visas in a record time which made it possible for us to evacuate the patient to India within 5 days from the day of commencement of engagements.
2. The pick ups from the airport to the lodge and the routine picks and drop offs for hospital appointments were just as seamless and well communicated at all times. That is just on the logistics part.
3. Furthermore and more importantly, the firm walks every step of the journey with the client, they aid the client to get around the medical facility in this case MaX Specialist Hospital which would be difficult for anyone who’s is unfamiliar with the massive facility to navigate on their own.
4. The offical language is Hindi and not many speak English fluently late alone understanding it.
The firm’s staff were and remain such a solid bridge by interpreting to the patient from Hindi to English and to some physicians from what the patient is saying in English to Hindi.
5. Even more commendable, Doctor Surbi is not just focused on ensuring that the patient gets the most optimal best treatment, she helps the patients to plan around options which would optimize their costs. This ranges from negotiating for clients better rates at lodges to sharing information on how the patient can avoid unnecessary medical costs. She for example can recommend home care in lieu of hospitalization which is more expensive without in any way risking the patient’s health, if anything, it helps the patient by not being confined to the stress of being hospitalized. She provides excellent “on call” nursing services for routine administration of medication.
All these effective approaches just make the life of the client so much easier and comfortable.
6. One other aspect and attribute of Doctor Surbi which perhaps goes unnoticed and yet is such an integral part of the excellent health service provision is that, being a Doctor herself, she provides input into some of decisions made by other doctors, in such a way that she brings to the table various options on how the patient could be handled and or treated. she positively contributes to recommendations in order to trigger a process that leads to vetting available options to come up with the best solution.
